HIGH STANDARDS!

Head Coach and owner, Jeremy Guarino was a finalist on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior, was named The American Tarzan by the Discovery Channel, and proudly served his country as a special forces soldier in the United States Marine Corps.  High standards and expert instruction make BAMF the perfect place for beginners and serious athletes alike.

PASSION FOR MOVEMENT!

Our goal is to provide an exceptionally fun environment for our members to engage in various fitness-oriented activities.  We embrace all movement disciplines and are always eager to learn new and curious ways to move our bodies.  Our foundation is built on functional movements like calisthenics, plyometrics, and intelligent load maneuvering.  Our attraction is that we use those strength-building tools and apply them to American Ninja Warrior Obstacle Training, Gymnastics styled Flips and Tumbling as well as Parkour and Yoga. We Hang from, jump on, flip over whatever we can in the safest, most regimented, and disciplined way possible.

Of Course, the way to attain any skill is practice, right?  Well, here at BAMF we believe that perfect practice makes perfect.  We strive to perfect our skillsets in the gym so that when we may be encountered with a situation that calls for them, our bodies may react naturally.  This requires regimented programming, routine drills, regular conditioning, and instructor motivated positive mental attitudes.  Being an athlete requires mind-body awareness, MUCH practice, and a never quitting attitude; Things our coaches work tirelessly to instill in our students.

We Live To Play

Build A Machine Fitness is the perfect place for family fun.  Classes start at 3 years old and we have programs for all experience levels.  Our 10,000 sq. ft. facility is packed with American Ninja Warrior and Parkour style obstacles, as well as many other kinds of fitness. We have a 13.5 ft. warped wall, aerial and balance obstacles, and 500 sq. ft. of gymnastic spring floor that we use for conducting flips, tumbling passes, parkour, tricking and sometimes just plain fun and games.  Our general fitness center and studio for group fitness classes, Zumba, and Yoga all have their dedicated space in our downstairs area.  We welcome you to join us for our classes, open gyms, birthday parties and more!

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide the opportunity for our community to engage in fun and exciting fitness endeavors.  Through Ninja Warrior obstacle courses, flips and tumbling, sanctioned competitions, and our very popular Open-Play atmosphere, families can enjoy hours of challenging and physically demanding fun while learning problem solving, respectful social interaction, patience and how to get back up after you fall down.  In a time where levels of obesity, diabetes, and depression are at an all-time high, we know we can aid our local community by helping them to learn how to live healthy lifestyles and simultaneously bringing this same community together.  We really just feel like one big family.
