Our private events are great for celebrating birthdays, family reunions, and anniversaries! Looking for a new place to host your next team bonding event? Want to shake up an upcoming bachelor or bachelorette outing? Our private events offer a unique opportunity to try something new and make any milestone event memorable!

  • ALL participants MUST have a valid waiver on file. There are no exceptions to this rule. A PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN must sign any waiver for participants under 18 years of age. Guests will not be able to participate without a valid waiver on file. The host will assume liability for any guest that participates without a waiver.
  • Waivers can be completed online, here.
  • Your booking includes up to 30 participants and other guests. This number includes the host and host family, participating guests, and any parents or spectators who may be in attendance. At this time, we cannot allow any private event to exceed this number.
  • Your private event will be the only event on location, and you will have private and full access to each area of the facility during your reserved time.
  • We must complete a check-in, registration, & safety briefing before playtime on The Course can start.
  • You are welcome to bring in any food or non-alcoholic beverages desired. We recommend bringing water bottles for guests during playtime on The Ninja Course and whatever food & drink desired for use in our Celebration Room.
  • We recommend guests wear athletic apparel that allows free movement and comfort.
  • Sneakers MUST be worn in order to participate. Sneakers help protect participants’ feet as well as provide important traction for safe obstacle navigation. Bare feet and socks without shoes are not allowed.
  • Masks MUST be worn by all in attendance, on and off The Ninja Course. Masks can be removed while seated in the Celebration Room for food and drinks.
  • We have some updated COVID-19 procedures in place to allow everyone to enjoy a safe, healthy celebration. These will be outlined in your confirmation email.
  • Events are reserved at the time of booking and are non-refundable. All event sales are final. Private event dates can be transferred to a different date for a re-booking fee of $100.00 if BAMF is notified in writing 30 days or more before the event start date. Once booked, space cannot be re-sold, and cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice are unlikely to be re-sold.
