JUNIOR NINJAS

Kids from 3 to 8 years old can start learning that fitness is fun.  Our team is patient and experienced.  Safety, technique, and confidence are the focus in our lower age levels.  On top of teaching young students how to develop the physical and mental strength necessary to become the next American Ninja Warrior Junior, we also pride ourselves in helping them make friends, learn respectful social interaction and of course tiring them out for parents and guardians at home

RECREATIONAL NINJAS

Kids 8 – 18 can participate in our recreational ninja classes where we focus on strength, agility, balance, problem-solving, and confidence.  Our curriculum is perfect for new athletes and those who are familiar with the sport.   We keep our athlete to coach ratios at a level that optimizes our coach’s ability to work with our students.

ADULT NINJAS

Grown-ups can be ninjas too!   Our adult ninja community is a healthy mix of novice and experienced athletes that work as a team to improve their individual skill.  Fun Ninja games and challenges help even the newest ninjas learn in a fun and entertaining setting.  Don’t be nervous about trying something new – our members and coaches are welcoming, supportive, and encouraging.  Anyone can start today! SEASONAL NINJA PROGRAMS

Our BAMF Competition Team runs from early fall through late winter.  Our team practices 3 days a week and competes both locally and on the road in National Ninja League competitions.   Serious athletes ages 6 and up of any experience level are welcome!  All students should be prepared to be challenged and compete.  Our Summer Competition League offers a chance for kids who have never competed to see what Ninja competitions are all about, and our experienced kids love to stay on top of their game by participating in our weekly competition night.

PARKOUR

Students ages 6 and up (yes even adults) can learn to move over, around, under and through their environment using only their bodies and minds.   WNY’s ONLY Kids Parkour program is a great way to get kids away from the video games and into a real-life action scene!  Parkour skills of efficiently navigating your immediate environment are quickly being recognized as useful and applicable life skills with tremendous influence on creativity, discipline, self-confidence, and even relaxation and self-awareness.  This program is becoming more and more popular worldwide!

FLIPS & TUMBLING

We have 500 square feet of a carpeted spring floor, and a champion competitive gymnastics coach to help your kids learn the flips, tumbles, and twists they could only dream of doing before.  Our class is unique and designed to strengthen technique and confidence for kids interested in learning or improving their gymnastic skill set!  Note* We keep the attitude of the class relaxed and fun for the kids as opposed to a strict and regimented gymnastics program.  We do not train for a gymnastics competition, instead, we focus on personal growth and fun fitness.

FITNESS

We provide many opportunities for our clients to get involved in fitness.  First, we have our BAMFit and AM MAYHEM classes taught in the morning and night with a 1-weekend class.  These classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length and will be comprised of various functional movements, bodyweight exercises, cardio, weightlifting, agility, mobility, and flexibility!  Second, we have our Open Gym opportunities for those experienced fitness lovers who want to come and use the fitness area to do their own personal routine. These hours are typically 3-5 pm and 8-10 pm M-F.  Lastly, we offer personal training at varying rates depending upon the trainer and the number of sessions being purchased. We can guarantee our clients a professional personal fitness experience with one of our certified trainers.

ZUMBA

Raylin and Alisha.  Around here that’s all we have to say for the people to know it’s about to be “Hoppin”!  These two girls teach this Zumba class purely because they love it.  We can’t say enough great things about them and their following.  In case you don’t know what Zumba is, it’s a series of choreographed dances which enhance participant fitness while listening to their favorite hip-hop, r&b, and pop dance music mashups!  They take the hippest music they can find, dim down the lights, lace up the kicks and drop the beat!  Dances are about 1 hour 15 minutes and it’s pretty much nonstop “Groovin” ‘n’ “movin’” from there. Drop-ins and punch-cards are welcome and available. Feel free to email us with questions or contact information for our Zumba program.

YOGA

Enhance your strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness in our Instructor-led Yoga classes.  Our classes are very open to suggestions and listening to our client’s needs so we may personalize their experience a little more.  Please feel free to email us any of your questions may they be which styles of yoga we know and teach, what to bring or wear, or even just to ask a professional a help question you may have.  Namaste

SPRING & SUMMER CAMPS

Our goal is to provide your children with a safe, fun, and stimulating fitness experience.  Your child will spend their time with us at our one of a kind fitness facility learning all about using both mind and body to overcome obstacles of all kinds.  We encourage our campers to embrace fitness and challenging themselves to work on learning new skills.  We want your child to get the most out of this experience, see below for some general camp information and please keep in mind that this information is subject to change and for the most current information check our calendar or feel free to send us an email.
