NINJA TOTS
(Ages 3-4)

Ninja is for the smallest of athletes, ages 3-4!  Our ninja tots classes are caregiver and me classes for you to enjoy the sport of ninja together.  Our classes are led by experienced coaches with a focus on safety and fun while building confidence and skill.  Our tots tackle simplified skills and obstacles and begin to learn the basics of movement and strength.

JUNION NINJAS
(Ages 5-8)

Our Junior Ninjas program is for young athletes aged 5 years old (kindergarten) through 8 years old.  Our classes are led by experienced coaches with a focus on safety while building skill, technique, and confidence in our young athletes.  Our junior ninjas tackle basic and simpler moves and are exposed to the foundational skills and techniques of ninja.

RECREATIONAL NINJAS
(Ages 9-13)

Our Recreational Ninjas program is for athletes aged 9 years old through 13 years old.  Our classes are led by experienced coaches with a focus on safety while moving ninjas to more complicated and dynamic skills and technique.  Our recreational ninjas take their ninja skills and application to a higher level while reviewing and practicing the foundational skills and techniques of ninja.

ADULT NINJA
(Ages 15+)

Ninja isn’t just for the kids!  Our adult classes allow teens (15+) and adults of all ages and experience levels to enjoy the sport of ninja.  Our crew of adults train collaboratively and support each other to unlock new skills and improve fluency in a supportive and encouraging environment.  It’s a great workout while having fun with training partners.  We offer adult classes for new and experienced ninjas as well as an advanced night for experienced and competitive ninjas.

PARKOUR

Our Parkour program is for athletes ages 6-15 years old.  Classes are based on skill/experience level and includes beginner, intermediate, and parkour.  Our classes are led by experienced coaches with a focus on safety.  Athletes are taught the foundational skills and techniques of parkour and coached through traditional parkour flow as well as parkour tricking.

ZUMBA

Get moving and grooving at our Zumba classes with the ever popular and engaging Alisha and Raylin!  Zumba classes are held on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings.  In case you don’t know what Zumba is, it’s a series of choreographed dances which enhance participant fitness while listening to their favorite hip-hop, R&B, and pop dance music mashups!  Our Zumba crew is a fun and supportive group that are welcoming to newcomers and OGs alike.

 CAMPS

Our summer and school break camps are always a hit for youth aged K-5th grade (older youth accepted if interested).  Our camps keep kids moving and entertained throughout the day with a mix of ninja, parkour, games, crafts, and so much more.  Campers rotate through active and passive activities throughout the day to keep them engaged and energized.  Our camps are one of our most popular programs so early registration is strongly required to ensure a spot.

COMPETITION TEAM

Our competition team is for those ninjas ages 6-14 that would like to train more often and more intentionally with the intent to compete.  We have no minimum skill criteria to join the team as we believe everyone can be a competitive ninja.  We do not expect our athletes to always be THE best, but we expect, encourage, and build them up to be THEIR best.  Our competition team runs September through March with practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Our competition team practice also includes access to all open gyms as well as our monthly Course Night.  Our competition team is a full season commitment with monthly dues.

OFF SEASON COMPETITION TEAM

This program runs April through June and then July-August.  It is a modified version of our competition team schedule designed to keep athletes moving and progressing in the off season without being too intense resulting in burn out.  The spring program meets twice a week with membership including access to open gyms and Course Night.  The summer program meets once a week with membership including access to open gyms and Course Night.  Membership in this program includes monthly dues.

MONTHLY COURSE NIGHT

Our monthly Course Night is designed to give all athletes a chance to experience what it is like to run a ninja course without being an official competition.  It is held once a month on a Friday night, typically the first Friday of the month.  There is a course designed for ages 6-10 and another scaled up for ages 11+.  Athletes are walked through the rules of the course and given a chance to run the course for time.  After all athletes have run, results are shared and celebrated and athletes are given redemption time to practice and train on the course.
